Prices: AM (7:00-8:15) $52.00 monthly
PM (3:00-6:00) $100.00 monthly
Both AM and PM $152.00 monthly
Note: The first payment is due on the day of registration for the full month (Aug. 19-Sept.16). If you would like to pre-register for next year and have a spot saved for your child, you may get the paperwork from Ms. Stanberry only on one of the dates listed above. We are having the pre-registration to help you take care of this early and not have to worry about coming up here during the summer in the evening.
PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN WE SET EXTENDED DAY UP EACH YEAR IT IS ON A 1ST COME 1ST SERVED BASIS.

The FINAL day of registration will be Monday, August 5, 2013 from 2:00-7:00.

Payments are based on 20-day month, 179-1/2 day school year. Holidays and teacher planning days will extend the payment period. *June 6, 2014, is a half-day for all students. There will only be morning Extended Day on that day. This is reflected in the April 4th payment.
Your payment is considered late one day after the due date. Five (5) school days after the due date a $20.00 late fee WILL be assessed per family. If payment has not been received by the start of the new payment period, your child will be removed from the program.
“District policy states that students may not remain in the Extended Day Program unless their account balances are paid on a current basis.”
Make checks payable to Bartram Springs Elementary School- Ext. Day-Please put your child’s name on the bottom of the check.
