2019-2020 Extended Day Registration

To Extended Day Parents/ Guardians,

May payment: This a pre-registration payment for next year.

2019-2020 Extended Day Pre-Registration

PLACE: Bartram Elementary School   (In the lunchroom)

Dates:

Monday, April 29th, 2019 ( Next year 1^st and 2^nd graders only)   Time  4:00-6:00

Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 ( Next year 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th graders only)  Time  4:00-6:00

Thursday, May 2nd, 2019 (Next year Kindergarten only)    Time   6:00-7:30

*Note: If you are registering more than one child in the same family, you may come on your youngest child’s day. However, we will only register Kindergarten students on Thursday. All other students must be registered either Monday or Tuesday.

All payments must be made by cash or check only on the night of registration (We do not accept credit cards/debit cards or online payments).

Prices: AM (7:00-8:15) $52.00 monthly 

            PM (3:00-6:00) $100.00 monthly 

            Both AM and PM $152.00 monthly

Note: The first payment is due on the day of registration for the full month. If you would like to register for next year and have a spot saved for your child, you may get the paperwork from Ms. Stanberry only on one of the dates listed above. All students must be registered in the school before you can register for extended day. 

 All students that are NOT registered in May will be placed on a waiting list. We will only have one registration this year.

We are having the registration to help you take care of this early and not have to worry about coming up here during the summer in the evening.

PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN WE SET EXTENDED DAY UP EACH YEAR IT IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. We “did” have a waiting list this year!
